Someone needs to be at the delivery address to direct our delivery team. Deliveries need to be signed for. Our team will take great care in your home but we advise moving valuable and/or delicate items from entrances, hallways, staircases and thye room to which the products are to be delivered. Should something pose a risk, one of our porters will ask if it can be moved prior to delivery.
As our beds are, for most part, made to order, delivery is normally between 7-14 days. This depends on what we have in stock and the availability of new stock from our specialists. We offer a 3 hour window of delivery on the date it is booked in.

The charges listed assume delivery is made on a day we deliver to that area. Should you require delivery sooner we can usually accommodate, however, there might be an additional charge. Occasionally we use third parties for delivery, especially if the delivery is outside Aberdeen City/Shire. This will not affect the price charged or the level of service you receive.
Before delivery please ensure there is sufficient access to the room you would like the delivery to be made to. If you have any concerns about a product you have bought please don’t hesitate to get in touch, ideally by email, with the dimensions of doorways etc. and a member if our team will be happy to address the issue.
That’s no problem for our delivery team. As long as there is adjustable access for the items you have purchased we are well practiced in delivering to all kinds of homes.
Need the bed set up?
We can unpack and assemble any divan bed set you buy from us for just £15. We will also take away any packaging from the bed.
We can also build our wooden/metal framed bed sets for £25. The set up service is only available in Aberdeen City and Shire.
When you have bought an item from us you will be issued with an approximate delivery date. If the item is in stock it could be within 2-3 days. As most of our beds are in fact made to order the usual delivery schedule from production to your home is between 7-14 days. Occasionally there may be other delays out with our control. On this basis we are happy to arrange at a later date. Alternatively, we can issue a full refund or offer something similar that we have in stock. At that point it would be entirely up to yourself depending on your requirements.
Unless faulty we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on beds and mattresses etc. This is a standard health and safety policy.
We can only offer a refund or exchange based on a manufacturing, quality control or transport/shipping issue. On this basis a member of our team would inspect the product and report the findings to our supplier. You will be offered a replacement free of charge and with no delivery charge etc.
Distance Selling Regulation (D.S.R):
You can buy from us in store or online.
When buying online you have the additional protection D.S.R. This mean you can return an item, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and invite no cost to yourself. Not even the delivery cost.
Tip: come and try our beds in store then buy online from us for extra protection.
Collection of Faulty Product:
Should your purchase be faulty, and we delivered it to you, we would aim to collect and replace it within 7 days.
If you picked up the item from our store. You can arrange to swap the faulty product with a replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
